Sunset Playhouse in Elm Grove is a not-for-profit community theater organization, incorporated in 1954. It was the first theater in Wisconsin to be built entirely by a community theater group.
Now, the intimate space is available for rent for small wedding ceremonies, bridal showers, and receptions. It will seat 90 people with tables and 125 people with just chairs. Sunset Playhouse also includes:
- Tables and chairs, included in the rental
- Full kitchen available for caterer
- Full bar service
- Large, free parking lot
- Easy access from Bluemound Road
- Central location
- Stage lighting
- Large wall of windows that looks out onto landscaped yard
- Small patio
