Savvy Bride
Jen & Matt’s Okauchee wedding
Both Jen and Matt agree that having organized vendors made their wedding day as perfect as could be. "The day went well because of how organized and prepared our vendors were," Matt said. "But the day will always be special to me because I got to marry my best friend who has shown me what unconditional love is."
Kathy & Kevin’s Franklin wedding
If there’s one thing couple Kevin & Kathy are, it’s fun. And that’s the exact vibe they created for their July 2012 wedding. With creative, silly photography (cue photo above), each inch of their summer wedding brought out the best of them.
Mandy & Alex’s Hartland wedding
For to-be-weds Mandy and Alex, it was a relief to see that the Milwaukee-area forecast would be blizzard-free for their February wedding. “You never can count on Wisconsin weather!” Mandy exclaims. Though freezing, the sunny day was picturesque—a fitting tribute to this outdoorsy bride and groom.
Megan & Christopher’s Milwaukee wedding
Fans of all things Mickey Mouse, Megan and Christopher initially wanted to marry at Disney World. But plans changed, and they found themselves putting together a laid-back and intimate gathering for 70 in their own city. Bonus: At their new locale, Figment, the pair’s Shorkie (a Shih Tzu-Yorkie mix), could be their honorary ring bearer.
Theresa & Ryan’s River Hills wedding
A lovely spring day was the ideal setting for Theresa and Ryan’s elegant April wedding, which took place at two historic Milwaukee venues. Uncommon and not-so-traditional details, such as herb centerpieces and a lavish dessert spread, contributed to a day that made a big impression on the newlyweds and their guests.
Tessa & Benjamin’s Milwaukee wedding
Loved ones traveled from near and far to witness Tessa, who’s from Jackson, Wisconsin, marry Benjamin, a native of Antwerp, Belgium. The two met while attending Marquette University, and later decided to tie the knot nearby.
