Ask nearly anyone who’s ever been a wedding guest, and they’ll tell you: The food can make or break your reception (nothing personal). But good news—it doesn’t really matter if you forked out $5 or $150 a plate, as long as you think it’s delicious.

The companies on this list are crazy about good food, and they make it their business to be accommodating. Most happily cater off-site, and will tailor the menu to fit your needs, from vegetarian and gluten-free to local and sustainable. Some even offer servers and bartenders to help keep your party running smoothly. Give them a call or visit their site, and find out which Milwaukee-area caterer is right for you. Bonus: The tasting!
