Blush Beauty Adds Talent, Plans To Expand

Blush Beauty adds talent, plans to expand

Seven years ago, Sarah Brucker opened a Third Ward beauty boutique called Blush Beauty at 249 N. Water St. Recently, she joined forces with two ladies, Kelly “Paulina” Perner and Hilary James, and now, the three co-owners plan to move forward with multiple locations in the near future.

Perner was Blush’s lead esthetician since 2008 and is also a body and facial waxer, brow specialist and Brazilian waxing specialist. James is a longtime Blush customer who also co-owns Central Bark Doggy Day Care in Mequon.

“Having Hilary and Paulina make it an easy decision to expand,” says Brucker, who does not have a new location secured yet but says she plans to open new boutiques in surrounding cities.

Blush Beauty sells about 20 different lines of cosmetics and features a “brow bar” for optimum eyebrow shaping, a “lash bar” to create stand-out lashes and “face couture” that helps customers achieve radiant skin.

Brucker says they plan to renovate the Third Ward space and will add a “nail bar” along with massage services before they focus on opening new locations.
