Laurelyn is a fine art film wedding photographer based in Milwaukee, and travels all over the state (and beyond) to document engagements and weddings. I had the pleasure of meeting her at the Wax & Winter Workshop a couple months ago, and let me tell you – this lady is a doll. She specializes in authentic, organic, simple imagery that portrays all the love and candid emotion that exists on a wedding day.
She says, “My favorite moment of a wedding is just after the couple is pronounced husband and wife, and they float back up the aisle holding hands and beaming at all their loved ones present!”
Fresh, loosely-gathered flowers, outdoor nuptials, happy tears, and the unabashed love of family is what appeals most to Laurelyn about weddings. She resides in Wauwatosa with her husband and rescue pup Laney, and she enjoys farmers markets, camping and hiking, live music, farm-to-table restaurants, and traveling to new places.
