Wax & Winter Workshop

Workshop1

Last week I had the privilege of attending Mint & Lovely Studio’s first ever workshop. Imagine this: 20 local ladies, hot cider, the most delicious treats from Miss Molly’s Pastries, and crafts. It was quite literally – lovely.

The Wax & Winter Workshop was held at Hometown Established – A General Store. While I was browsing the local goodies, I couldn’t help but think of all the wonderful bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts that decorated the store shelves (more on that later in a later post).

The workshop consisted of candle making with Milwaukee Candle & Apothecary, as well as a tutorial on how to make the prettiest 3-D paper snowflakes. The tables, rented from Relics Vintage Rentals, were decorated by Milwaukee Flower Company.

The best part? Haley and Emilee from Mint & Lovely Studios have shared with me that they are in the early stages of planning a new workshop for the spring. We’ll be sure to keep you updated. Think of what a fun event this would be to attend with your bridesmaids!
