Brides looking to add an eclectic touch to their special day can start at Plates etc. Owners Barbara and Louise officially opened the business in August 2013. As a locally-owned boutique company, they specialize in renting mis-matched china as if they had belonged together all along.
Their pieces comes in a variety of colors, shapes and sizes and includes glassware, serving pieces, cake stands, vases and candle holders.
“Our inventory continues to grow,” Barbara said. “We enjoy hunting for vintage, charming and timeless pieces so we’ll do everything we can to locate any specially-requested items.”
When starting to work with a new client, the ladies will first ask what colors the customer likes. They then incorporate those colors with different patterns and shapes of dishes and glassware to create a unique tablescape.
Plates etc promises affordable prices for their nostalgic tableware. Check out their website for inventory photos.
